Appointment Scheduling

Schedule appointments with your academic advisor, success coach, or other support offices

Students can schedule appointments in Navigate with their academic advisor, tutoring, and other campus support offices.

Using the mobile app or desktop site, select the Appointments tab.

Once in the Appointments tab, you will see three tabs:

  • My appointments
  • My Team
  • History

where you can review upcoming and past appointments as well as your Success Team, including any assigned advisors.

  1. To schedule a new appointment, select the “Schedule an Appointment” button. You will be prompted to answer three questions via drop-down menus.

    What type of appointment would you like to schedule?
    To meet with an advisor for an academic program, choose Undergraduate Advising or Graduate Advising
    To meet with a tutor, select Tutoring
    To meet with a support service, select Additional Support Services

    Service:
    Now choose a service from the drop-down menu, indicating the major, support office, or topic you are looking to schedule a meeting. Explore services will allow you to schedule an interest meeting with a major or minor you are considering adding.

    Pick a Date:
    Choose a preferred meeting date. You will see any surrounding available appointment dates.

  2. Now select “Find Available Times”- this will take you to the appointment picker where you can further filter your request by staff member, meeting modality, location, or course if applicable.
  3. Select an appointment by clicking on one of the timeslots available.
  4. Review appointment details to add a comment to let staff know the subject of your meeting, choose reminder preferences, and confirm your appointment.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation for your appointment including instructions on how/where to meet. Be sure to check your reminder messages as well.
