Services Offered
Our Advising Technology Peer Educators are here to help you!
Helping Hokies navigate the tools that support their academic journey
How Can We Help?
Our peer educators can assist you with:
- Using Navigate Student to schedule appointments and connect with support resources on campus
- Exploring HokieGPS to plan out your courses for future semesters
- Understanding how to read your Degree Audit Report (DARs) so you can stay on top of graduation requirements
- Learning how to prepare for course registration
What We Can't Help With
Peer educators are not academic advisors.
Please connect directly with your academic advisor for questions about:
- Which courses you should take
- Major requirements or substitutions
- Academic policies
- Graduation eligibility
How to Connect with Us
Attend an Academic Planning Workshop to create a HokieGPS Graduation Plan for Success. Workshops are available in October and April of each year to align with course planning. Create a HokieGPS to help you plan what classes you’ll take each semester to maintain your goals for graduation.
To view workshop times and register to attend, follow the steps below:
- Go to vt.navigate.eab.com and log in using your PID
- Click on Schedule an Appointment in the top right in blue
